Revitalization of the REVOLVE! Parents Blog...

Hey, parents!  I want to revitalize, renew, reinvigorate.... okay, whatever "re" word you would like for redoing the REVOLVE! Parents blog.  The reason I've not used this blog in such a long while is because of the lack of interest I felt it generated.  We have only 3 subscribers to receive the email updates on this blog, and I took that to mean that no one was interested in receiving their information via blog email updates.

However, due to a miss-communication on my part a few weeks ago I found that this type of information is actually desired by parents.  I also realized that perhaps I've not done an adequate job on letting parents know that the blog even exists.  So here's where I need your help.  If you're receiving this blog email, then you've properly subscribed to the service.  Well, then, I need you to help recruit other parents to sign up on the blog!  I need you to be the "street team" out plugging the blog.  Each of you know at least one or two parents who have an email address.  I need for you to go to those parents in your parent circles and really, really encourage other parents to sign up to receive this info.  This won't be used to replace personal contacts, and other means of communication, but it can be one of the many tools we have to utilize to properly inform you, the parent.

This can be a great way to keep you informed on things going on in REVOLVE!  We have so many great things going on at the moment.  With the start of the YLM group for girls, the drama team, the band, the upcoming beach trip, the great trip we had at Winterfest, all of this is in efforts to help you to disciple your children to know and follow Christ and to make Him their number one priority.

Thank you so much for your support!  We have really great parents who are always eager to help and give their input while allowing their children to gain their own identities in the Christian community.  If you need anything, please feel free to contact me on my cell at your convenience.

Serving Him, Serving Each Other...
